I was born and raised in Michigan. Recently, I relocated to Allegan County where I reside with my husband, Lee. We have four sons, two daughter-in-laws and two granddaughters that we enjoy spending time with. It was after the children graduated and moved out of the house that I returned to school. I graduated Cum Laude and earned a Juris Doctor degree from WMU Cooley Law School. Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as a paralegal in a busy law office for 13 years.
I am admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and in both the Eastern and Western Districts of the U.S. Federal Courts.
My practice is able to assist clients with a variety of legal matters and planning. My experience has been focused primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate work (including decedent estates, guardianships/conservatorships, and trust administration), family law, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant and civil litigation.
My goal is to build a practice where each client feels that their needs are being heard and protected. I want to build lasting relationships with clients based on trust. I want you to know by my actions that I am working to get you the best results possible.
